MANCHESTER UNITED have been named among the top 10 most valuable sports teams in the world, according to American business magazine Forbes
United, Barcelona and Real Madrid are the only football teams among the top 10 most valuable outfits in the world, according to new research.
Forbes magazine have released their annual list of the world’s most valuable teams, with NFL and NBA franchises dominating the list.
However La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid are fourth and fifth in the world, worth $3.64bn and $3.58bn respectively, while Glazer-owned Manchester United are reportedly worth even more.
