Abdullahi Wammako, another Nigeria National Assembly member dies, body taken to Sokoto for burial

Abdullahi Wammako, a member of Nigeria's House of Representatives is dead. His body has been taken to Sokoto for burial Wamakko who represented Kware/Wammako federal constituency of Sokoto state died at the National hospital after a brief illness.

According to Premium Times, the spokesman of the House, Abdulrazak Namdas made this known.

“We just got the information that we lost Abdullahi Wammako from Sokoto,” Mr Namdas said. NAIJ.com learnt however that his body has been taken to Sokoto for burial.

According to Punch, House of Representatives, Mr. Yakubu Dogara; Sokoto state Governor, Mr. Aminu Tambuwal, and former Governor of Adamawa state, Murtala Nyako were at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, when the corpse of Rep.

Abdullahi Wamakko, who died on Friday, to Sokoto was being conveyed to Sokoto for Burial.
Sokoto state Governor, ex Governor of Adamawa state, Nyako, the Speaker, House of Reps, Dogara, others at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, conveying the body of Wamakko. 

After the death of Isiaka Adeleke, a senator from Osun state, who died in April, Wammako becomes the second member of the National Assembly to die in three months.
